What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are securely encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at service@mimonera.store.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 5–8 business days for standard shipping. International orders may take 7–21 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
