At Mimonera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, email service@mimonera.store with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email service@mimonera.store for exchange requests.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
