Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mimonera. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated international delivery times: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain products. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Mimonera is not liable for packages lost in transit. If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@mimonera.store and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
