These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through mimonera.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order.

2. Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected where applicable in accordance with state and local laws. The applicable tax rate will be displayed at checkout.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

6. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Mimonera pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

7. Fraud Prevention

Mimonera reserves the right to cancel any order that is identified as potentially fraudulent. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
